Fourteen years before the sinking, a book was written about a ship like the Titanic predicting it would sink by hitting an iceberg. NOW it happened! Weather is to blame for the Titanic disaster because of the haze, you couldn’t tell the difference of the sky to the water, and the ice was four times the size of the Titanic.

First, weather is to blame because the haze was so bad. The iceberg appeared out of the haze so close to the Titanic. If the haze wasn’t as bad the lookout would have seen it 100’s of yards sooner and could have turned to safety.

Second, weather is to blame because the lookouts couldn’t tell the difference of the sky to the water. The moon wasn’t out and the lookouts couldn’t see the ocean. If the moon was out it would have glared on the ocean and the iceberg making the iceberg and the ocean visible.

Finally, weather is to blame because the iceberg was four times the size of the Titanic. It was so big there was no way they could have avoided it. If it was smaller the Titanic could have turned out of the way.

Some people believe that Bruce Ismay is to blame because he pressured the captain to go fast. However, weather is still to blame because regardless of the speed… The haze was a problem and the lookouts couldn’t see nothing.

In conclusion, weather is to blame because the haze was so bad, they couldn’t tell the difference of the sky to the water, also the iceberg was unavoidable because it was four times the size of the Titanic.
