I do not suggest you read this book unless you are prepared to shed some tears. The Fault In Our Stars by, John Green is a heartwarming story about a beautiful couple. Hazel Grace Lancaster meets Augustus Waters, the love of her life, at a cancer support group. Although Gus does not have cancer, he is there supporting his best friend. Hazel Grace and Gus instantly hit it off. They swap books, sharing their love for literature. This makes their relationship blossom. They go to Amsterdam to meet the author of their favorite book, but he turns out to be a total jerk. So instead of continuing their visit with Van Houten, the author, they go the Anne Frank House, where they share their first kiss. They go back to the hotel and had intimate relations. Long story short, Gus still has cancer and it takes his life, there is a super depressing pre-funeral scene and then Augustus is gone.
